Purchases from Explore Scientific
Items purchased directly from Explore Scientific LLC, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Return blackouts may apply during certain events that will be indicated on this page as they occur.
You need to notify Explore Scientific of your wish to cancel your order within this time period by calling us at (866) 252-3811 (press Option 1), or by submitting a ticket.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item, please submit a ticket to Customer Service. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, examples include any item not in its original condition; items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
It can take up to 25 days or more for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it generally takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Notifications are sent to the email that you provided when you placed your order. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
With regard to refunds, items returned in the same condition in new packaging that they are delivered are eligible for a full refund less any restocking fee (up to 20%), within the above time frames.
Explore Scientific reserves the right to warn, limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt.
All non-receipt returns are subject to an exchange or refund verification process. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws.
Returning Merchandise
To return your product, you should obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by submitting a ticket to Customer Service, and mail your product to: Explore Scientific - 1010 South 48th Street - Springdale, Arkansas 72762. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (non-refundable) for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Purchases from Explore Scientific Authorized Dealers
Explore Scientific does not set return policies for our dealers. They are independent companies and operate under their own terms. Contact your Authorized Explore Scientific Dealer for their return policies.
