Explore Scientific USA includes a Limited 1 Year Warranty with any purchase made with our company; however, by registering your product within 60 days of purchase you are eligible to be covered under the Explore STAR Transferrable Extended Lifetime Warranty. Please note: Electronic products are subject to a Limited 2 Year Warranty unless otherwise stated on product.

- Repair – We’re confident in the quality of the products we produce, therefore we’re willing to back our product and repair any issues you experience with our equipment guaranteed. Shipping charges will apply to Repair if the product is over 30 days from purchase date. We can help with shipping charges by using our shipping accounts to lower the cost of shipping, all you have to do is ask.

Below you can conveniently register all Explore Scientific brand product(s).
IMPORTANT: Make sure to register ALL Explore Scientific products that have a serial number; such as eyepieces, focusers, viewfinders, and more.
To get started; enter the product name, model number, or description under the Product Name tab.
Next, locate the serial number if available and enter it under the Serial Number tab, then ensure the Purchase Date is correct.
Last, simply enter the place of purchase under Purchase Location. If you have access to the original receipt of purchase, please upload a picture or a copy of the file to our Product Receipt tab.
